Customer Service Training for Stevenage Homes.

“The vast majority of staff scored the training as 5 or 6-5.41  overall on presentation and 5.01 overall for ‘of high value’. These were the highest scores  we have ever received for training around customer service and equality and diversity. Most pleasing of all was the number of staff who approached us to say that since training, when faced with a difficult customer, they had referred to techniques learn during training and tried them out. They were all delighted with how well it had worked and how more productive their interactions with these customers had become. They also said they found it easier to see things from the customer’s point of view and spot hidden problems or issues.”
