Looking more in depth at the fundamental basic techniques employed in western dance styles such as arm work, foot work, leg work, isolations, weight transference and co-ordination. The class is set at a pace relative to the students and it is a beginners class. Progressing through the term as technique gets stronger. Not only will this promote true Body Confidence, as you learn to truly master these skills but you will be toning and strengthening your body at a deep level.
